The Fireplace
The family room opens to the dining and kitchen areas and is framed in by three walls: a window wall, an art wall and a fireplace wall. The latter required a bold transformation to an asymmetrical feature packed with savvy storage, dynamic display space and memorable materials. A hidden TV behind sliding wood panels offers versatility to the space along with the adjustable shelves and oak cubbies that contrast with the surrounding walnut. Dimensional, metallic-glazed tiles surround the firebox with eye-catching texture and pattern. Art by local artist Rob Mellor ties the room together with color and pattern.

Sleeping Beauty
The crowning jewel of this unique space is the abstract wallcovering that covers the ceiling. The wallpaper creates intimacy and completion. The entire room is crafted in custom pieces to fit and maximize the space together in a choreographed rhythm.
